PCB/control board repair, drainage issues, water leakage repair,
installation, maintenance, and general servicing.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Service requests submitted via our website, phone, or WhatsApp are treated as enquiries until confirmed by our team.
- We strive to provide same-day service wherever possible, subject to technician availability and location.
- Please ensure someone is available at the service location during the scheduled visit.
3. Diagnosis & Pricing
- Our technician will inspect your washing machine and provide a quotation before any repair begins.
- No repair work will be carried out without your approval.
- If additional faults are discovered during repair, we will inform you before proceeding.
- Repair charges depend on the model, issue, and replacement parts required.
4. Spare Parts
We use genuine spare parts wherever available. If an original part is unavailable,
we will inform you about suitable alternatives before completing the repair.
5. Service Warranty
- All eligible repairs include a 90-day warranty on the repaired fault and replaced part.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, electrical surges, misuse, water damage, or unrelated faults.
- Warranty claims require your original service details.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and service address.
- Ensure safe access to the washing machine for inspection and repair.
- Inform the technician about any existing damage before repair starts.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
Advance notice is appreciated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quick Wash Expert is not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the
reported fault or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including
spare parts availability, weather, or traffic.
